Dry erase markers on clothing….

Anyone have any solutions to this dilemma?? How do I get it off my pants?? and my darling daughter’s brand new jeans….??

Jennifer said...: Ok seriously---I've done this so many times. Get out some rubbing alcohol and dab lightly on the material. Then, get some biz (at your local "get it all" store) and pour the biz (liquid works best, but the powder is fine too) on the stain and let it soak overnight. I teach Kindergarten and have been marked by many a whiteboard marker! The one tool I have found that gets it out is "Goo Gone" let it soak a bit, and wash. Works for me and hopefully for you as well!; February 16, 2011 at 7:10 PM

Rachelle said...: Did you know they now make "washable dry erase" CRAZY! They are a little pricey, but so worth it! A parent found them at Target {a teacher's BFF} :)

Kate said...: I know this is late in the game....but MURPHY'S OIL SOAP. Put it in warm water and soak clothing. Add some directly to the stain and scrub with a toothbrush and then let soak some more. Bonus...your sink will be squeaky clean!; July 15, 2011 at 10:17 PM
